Mavs by 8 they run the Spurs out of the Gym and once again expose their lack of team speed.

Spurs send the offseason (wait you guys have no other teams). Perhaps maybe you ought to spend the offseason figuring out how to make Margaritas out of the Riverwalk.

its so freaking hard to predict anything in this series. i think it will be a very very close game. i think it might even go to overtime.

My heart could not take that...especially if TD or Manu is out of the game, as has been the case in this series.

I am not confident at all.

If the refs allow the teams to play, without a stopping the game with whistles, then SA will win it, but I am not that sure at all about that, to be honest.

    I need a Pepcid.

This ain't games 1-6. Game 7 is a different animal.

For the first time, the Mavs are feeling the pressure of elimination and it WILL show up in their play. I know they're still thinking of what could have been in games 5 and 6. They should have taken care of business when they had the chance.

The crowd will give the needed energy to clamp down on D in the 4th.

If I was like 20 years old I would probably feel very confident.

    Unfortunately, I remember 1976 and 1979 and 1981 and 1995.

It's probably similar to how people who lived through the Depression never quite shook off poverty.

That must be my problem...too many demons still kicking around in the head.

    Too easy...

And just for the record, this series has taken off a good 10 years on my young life also! I don't know if I can take another nail-biter!

I'm confident... but even if they do lose, the fact that they battled back from 3-1 to tie it all up would lessen the hurt if they did in fact lose.

I respect the out of that, and I remember 1995 all too well (though the others were before my time). I guess I just feel like these Spurs are a different team, battle-tested champions that shine with their backs against the wall. (Please don't take that as disrespect for previous generations of Spurs.)

Oh, yeah, no question these Spurs are nowhere like the old timey gangs.

But it's just that when you experience crushing defeats like that, you never take victory for granted.

    100% Confident

Home Court and the Championship heart and experience will be to much for the Mavs to overcome. I'm looking forward to a lock down 4th quarter by the Spurs!
I agree with that! Spurs do have experience in this situation. Plus never underestimate the heart of a champion...And by the way, I LOVE your siggy...Can't wait to see Detroit and San Antonio in the Finals...Oh man, I hope so...
