Posting a thread when I was feeling down for a number of reasons, one of which was because I was single. I have been mercilessly bashed for it by certain trolls ever since. I thought people would be supportive, and a lot were, but I forgot that some of the trolls are complete arseholes. I'll never do that again!
Yeah, and then there's the year I wasted debating losers in the political forum about climate change and resource depletion. Some people just have their head stuck in the sand and there's nothing you can do about it.
Entering the troll forum... not so much a mistake, but no-one got what I was trying to do there... meh.
