Kate reached peak hotness in Rules of Attraction. Keira is getting hotter by the day.
They see themselves on the screen or in magazines all the time. Most girls see themselves in a mirror and think "gosh I'm fat" or "I have huge thighs" or something else. These girls on the other hand are looking at their entire body on a huge screen or a billboard and not only are they hearing what they think about themselves, but they're hearing what everyone else thinks. If they're not overweight, they're anorexic. There's always something wrong with them. I think that would drive me crazy too. I mean there's probably some scene in some movie where each of these girls has a less than perfectly flattering shot on screen, and that probably sparks some self doubt in them. It's just not a good situation.
As for Keira, she's pretty, even with no boobs. And Kate definitely needs to gain some of that weight back. I thought she looked great in Blue Crush. Now she makes me sick, just like Lindsay Lohan.

In her case- yes. When she weighed more, she actually had boobs- not big ones, but at least ones that existed.
There is a third, healthy alternative- you know? She IS conforming to the Hollywood standard of too thin.

Scarlett is hot, really hot, but Keira is younger which boosts her hotness by like 100 points, plus her face is 1000000x more hotter than Scarletts, plus we live in america so skinny > fat = not skinny.

The fact that Scarlett is on the fat/not skinny side of that equation is why there are so many anorexic girls these days.
