    The US doesn't do the salute after every basket, so the soccer analogy stands since they only do it a few times a game.

    There's no drama, I just think its funny that people need to drum up the salute to hate our team. People will hate the US team regardless of what they do because as you said they are Golaith.

    Also...why is it that when an American player shoves its dirty but when someone from another country does it, its "just FIBA basketball"?

    Intensity on USA team isn't that big today me think. Confidence went thru the roof after first few games. That may also bite them.

    You are right most countries are not done proving themselves against the US, but teams in Europe like Italy, Spain and others like Lithuania and Argentina can play w them and beat them.

    Dirty play should be dirty play no matter who used it. Refs should just stick by the rules, and a dirty player would end his game faster then you can say KRANJSKA.

    Italy have been hammering the US, mainly Lebron. In a span of a few minutes he was elbowed, fouled over the back, and fouled while posting up. He needs to just dunk it down their throats. The dirty play is pissing me off.

    Yes the fouls are aggresive, but once elbows are thrown, it goes from aggresive to dirty, IMO.
