I never thought of it as looking like a buzzsaw.
Ohio Players had the greatest cover art ever, especially if you were a 15-year old boy.
Don't knock Reinventing the Steel. It's a solid album. I enjoy it more than Far Beyond Driven.

yeah I can see that. I used to settle for bra ads in the sunday paper
thanks for getting my hopes up , they're not coming anywhere near texas for gigantour
I miss the original KISS not Paul, Gene and the two scrubs (Tommy Thayer and Eric Singer).
Alice and Chains are touring again as well as the original members of Asia (heat of the moment, only time will tell, etc.)
I'm surprised no one mentioned Rainbow, with either one of their singers throughout the years. There was a rumor that Ritchie Blackmore was going to reunite with Dio but when drummer Cozy Powell passed, they decided forget it.
But back to my list of bands I really miss.
Triumph
Journey - with Steve Perry
i prefer funkadelic personally, but they were both very good. did you happen to see the do entary called "stranger: bernie worrell on earth" that came out around two years ago? didn't get very much circulation at all, but was a solid flick. bernie doesn't get 1/100th of the credit he deserves. i have seen him 3 times in the last 6 years and it was well worth it every time.
Jeff Buckley.
yes.
megadeath now is a sham.
damn. I can't believe I didn't say that!
Anyone miss this cd?
I still listen to it! Everything after that was pretty much crap though..
Go pull "Lords of Sounds and Lesser Things" off the 'net - it's like a self-released prequel to their new album. You won't be disappointed.

Limp Bizkit? They didn't disappear quick enough, as far as I'm concerned.
haha limp bizkit
I liked the 2nd album more myself. The 3rd was pretty good too. Being dumped by Charlize Theron makes for good music.

Crowded House
Silverchair, especially after the brilliance that was Diorama.
Jane's Addiction
Blind Melon
Average White Band was the
Steely Dan
Boz Skaggs
TLC
Toni Braxton
Metallica, before the Napster and Jason ups.
I can't believe anyone said Skid Row and Night Ranger. They were strictly garden variety hair bands with heavy forced MTV video rotation. We used to call Skid Row Bon Junior, since they were also from NJ.
Don't knock Skid Row.
Ugly Kid Joe
Temple of the Dog
Alice in Chains
Green Jelly
Hair band. If radio were an Italian restaurant, Skid Row would be Spagettios straight from the can.
Blink 182 of course. They were so amazingly awesome before their indefinete hiatus.
I miss Queensryche's old stuff too.
I just downloaded Operation:Mindcrime II today. Not too bad... Better than the last couple albums anyway.
Ronnie James Dio has a guest vocal. I can't believe his voice isn't gone yet.
dead kennedys. tipper gore. lard was cool too. last action hero soundtrack had 2 awesome AIC songs.
