That is a good book.
That is a good book.
Back in the day, these were a few of my faves:

cinnamon toast crunch or captain crunch.
yeah!
I down like 3 boxes of that every week. I'm getting pretty sick of it after 2 years of constant Honey Bunches of Oats...
definitely Cinnamon Toast Crunch...that is probably still in my veins from eating it when I was younger.
3 yr bump
Anyway.....has anyone tried that new Banana Nut Cheerios? Good stuff man.![]()
my favorite changes almost on a weekly basis.
if I had to choose, honey bunches w/ almonds ftw
The one with the frog, Smacks!!!

My favorite though of all time is Capn Crunch.![]()
The best is this kinda rare Malt-O-Meal cereal called Blueberry Muffin-Tops. I rarely see it, but when I do, I make sure I get a bag. Tastes just like the crumbly top parts of blueberry muffins (the best part).
My all time favorite is Cheerios though. I can always eat those and never get sick of them. I tend to get tired of sweet cereals quickly and can only eat them sparingly, no matter how good they are.
My favorite cereal changes weekly. Whatever I'm craving at the moment is what I buy.
Frosted Flakes
Cheerios
Cap'n Crunch
Cap'n Crunch Peanut Butter
Fruity Pebbles
Lucky Charms
Raisin Bran
Fruit Loops
Apple Jacks
Cinnamon Toast Crunch
The list goes on and on..
Special K with strawberries or Cinnamon Toast Crunch does it for me. Golden Grahms are also the bomb.
Looks like Cap'n Crunch, tastes like a less sweet version of the same, and has kick-ass fiber for a 'sweet' cereal (6g in 3/4 cup). Very filling, I eat a cup in the morning and I'm satisfied.
No love for Coco Puffs?

I tried eating adult cereals for a while before I figured out that adults are stupid.
Apple Cinnamon Cheerios.
To wit that stupid frog and his ripoff Carlos Mencia cereal.
Peanut Butter Cap'n Crunch
Golden Grahams
Life
Raisin Bran Crunch
Honey Bunches of Oats
. . .
I think that's the list.
HoneyNut Cheerios FTW, then my other fav is cinnamon toast crunch
pops ftw.
