All NBA video will be off You Tube in a couple weeks anyway. The league has contacted them recently and they are in the process of getting it all removed.

It certainly will. YouTube is owned by Google, who already legally distributes NBA footage for money. Why would Google allow the illegal distriution of NBA footage to continue for free?
Your point's valid, the obvious answer... but just remember what I said when 3 months from now youtube is still packed with NBA footage.
