They have a customer service number on the web site, you should call. Their distribution plant is in Kentucky so you should have received something already. I ordered another swing man the other day and I'm still waiting on it. But I got an email from them last night saying that they shipped it already.

For those who hoped for their jerseys before Christmas ... check your order status, which includes a tracking link. Sports Authority shipped mine yesterday via "USPS Parcel Select" which must have been selected to be as slow as possible. Estimated shipping from KY to TX, nine days. It's supposed to get here on the 28th. Geez ...

[Edit: as way of comparison, a package shipped UPS Ground from TN yesterday is due here tomorrow.]

I got my shipping confirmation 3 days ago but the stuff never showed so now I gotta print out a picture of the TMac Swingman I got for my brother in law and tell him it'll be here in a couple days. Lame. I shouldn't have been cheap and gotten better shipping but I ordered on like the 16th so I didn't think it would have been a problem.

I tried to order one jersey but the GOOGLE discount is not available for Argentine customers !!! funny thing is that it IS availavle for almost the entire latinamerican countries !

This is exactly what I did. The one from UPS I got today. And the one from USPS parcel select, which I'm still waiting on. And I ordered both of them at the same time.

My jersey got to the "Dallas Sortation Center" early on the 20th. It stayed there until the afternoon of the 23rd and which point it finally left. Wow, three full days to sort something? Now I am in SA and the jersey is supposed to be delivered tomorrow to the home north of Dallas.

Needless to say USPS "Parcel Select" sucks.

Have you tracked your order? What a big difference shipping makes. The other swing man I ordered is in Ohio, and isn't expected to be at my house until 01-04-2007.
