why does this seem so elementary, so laaaame to me? i mean, we're talking about VICTORIA ING TEXAS, i heard about that 18 wheeler with the dead immigrants, but is it supposed to be the compton/watts texas version? if so, it lags sadly. why does this whole thing come across as a sick joke to me?

Somehow I don't think the guy's first thought when he ditched the truck with the immigrants there was "Hey...this'll put V-Town on the MAP!!!"

It actually has a very low murder per capita. Much lower than the national average.

National average in 2005 was 5.6 per 100K people. Victoria was 3.5 - making it tied for 183rd on this list.
