I must admit, I'm a bit confused how being given a technical for complaining from the bench while the game's proceeding isn't being given a warning to not complain any more from the bench while the game's proceeding.

Joey Crawford is crazy. Everyone in the league knows that. Duncan's postgame comments make it look like Duncan definitely has a grudge against Crawford from his last technical, and he should be smart enough to realize not to push a crazy ref if he wants to stay in the game.
Well I think a warning is going over to the Bench or to the coach and saying, hey get your guys under control or I am going to t them up. Or Hey Tim quit complaining or I am going to t you up. You don't just T someone up and the quickly t them up again. Especially if you did not adequately explain what the first t was fo.

This is funny because no ref would have dared do that to Dirk for fear of the Cube. That is one of the things I like about Cuban, he would have sent in so many tapes to the office they would have had to suspend that ref.

No refs would do that to Dirk, because for the most part after he gets a technical, he's smart enough to stop complaining or at least tone it down considerably.

Tim Duncan should know better than to keep poking a crazed zebra. They bite once, then kick the second time.

They do send tapes, they just don't make a big media stink about it. Well, the front office, anyway.

Dirk whines as much as anyone, and if you really think that Dirks never laughed on the bench then you are dense my friend.

I think so , they just dont seem to grasp it. I think Mav fans are getting dumber. I really just cant grasp that some fans think it was justified.

It's pretty clear that Duncan was watching the play...the whistle blew (Crawford)...Duncan looked at Crawford for about a second (long enough to realize the call was against the Spurs)...then Duncan busted out. Horry wasn't laughing at that point...

So if Duncan had been on the bench with his Blackberry typing in "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH" would Crawford have tossed him 4 that? The sad thing is it's obvious Crawford has something out for TD. They played an audio clip on Sports talk here in Houston this morn and you can hear Crawford asking TD if he wants to fight??? And the NBA is probably not going to adress this.

So what he was watching the play, what was he supposed to be watching? He was laughing at the call, Ive seen much, much worse happen and a player not get ejected. You Mav fans can sit there and tell me that if that had been Dirk, you would have thought it was justified?

whatever you're assumptions are....it was unprecedented especially for a superstar to get tossed for laughing at a call or laughing at a joke or laughing with his teammates or making funny faces or whatever! timmy was laughing ! YOU ARE ASSUMING IT WAS AT JOEY !!! And even if he was I DON"T RECALL THAT BEING IN THE BOOKS

He laughed at the call WHILE looking right at Crawford...Crawford took that as showing him up...

I would've been pissed at the time, but I don't complain about officiating...

You can see where Crawford was as the play was taking place...he was behind the play walking towards the bench side...which is to Duncan's right. What else would Duncan have looked at away from the play?

I think you have analyzed this even more than Spurs fans. Just give it up. It was a bad ejection. why do you insist on defending it?
