you do have a point, but the problem with the whole bad boys and old school ball is that this league has turned into a bush league and if they're going to call every ticky tack call, it would be dumb to decide otherwise midway through a series. personally, less whistle would be preferable, i don't even care if it means that softer teams like the mavs have to readjust, the game would be more entertaining and whiners would really have something to whine about rather than all this soft achilles heel love tap crap.

LOL @ the 'Spurs homer' part, you've been around this board long enough to know I'm probably one of the most critical of the Spurs on here. But I will defend them against bull posts like yours and all the other pussy fans whose teams are out of the playoffs already, or in the case of Suns fans, crying for all the help the zebras will give them.
The funnest part of all is seeing the same Suns fans who have been whining the last week and taking wild interpretations of the rules to find dirty play by the Spurs (and hoping for flagrants/suspensions/etc.) getting pissed in the last 12 hours about the turnabout by Spurs fans.
