Where is connecting in the front? Her neck? That would totally bug. I'm not too fond of either of her dresses...maybe it's the colors and they both look like they are hanging on for dear life.
The metallic dress is kinda cute. Kinda has the flapper vibe to it.

The "backlace" idea can be good, but I don't like that one. And both of Mischa Barton's dresses look horrible. Like they're falling off, or something.

Well, she doesn't have a lot to hold them up ... custom tailoring would be a good idea, although I have the feeling she purposefully wears them that way.
So while I really can't stand Norah Jones, the dress she wore to the My Blueberry Nights premiere was gorgeous.
The stripe down the middle of the dress blends with the background color. Bad photography mistake, they should have known better. It draws attention away from the dress, and what is the point of wearing a designer dress if your eye is drawn to what appears to be an optical illusion instead?This dress is weird. I think the background is very distracting also and agree on the stripe. That's exactly what my eye is drawn to.

The poor lighting/photography choice doesn't help, but that vertical stripe is completely unnecessary. Dress would be cute without it.

Don't be so provincial. Men's fashion is a quite noble and considerably heterosexual discipline which encompasses a broad variety of utilitarian and non-accessorised articles of clothing.
If you have a couple of grand to blow, I could direct you to some very good tailors on Savile Row for you to visit the next time you're in Europe. You'd like the way you'd look. I guarantee it.

As much as I love Tori, the jeans are just bad. However, she does manage to do rubber boots reasonably well -
I remember having a pair of white Bongo jeans that 1) were tapered, 2) zipped in the back at the ankle, and 3) had a little white bow at the top of the zipper.
A fine alternative to acid wash, I guess...

I still can't believe Lindsay Lohan is hottest girl, even if it is only one dumb men's magazine. Not even close. She looks like she has a mustache in half her pics, for crying out loud.
