How could you let Bear be locked up for so long??? First, how did the dog undress this baby? Who asks a child to change their own diaper? This is just so infuriating. How dense are the cops to think a dog could REALLY do this all by itself? And how could we consider dogs property legally, but yet expect them understand the concept of rape???
