    True, but let me rephrase that. The Spurs did not draft Barbosa for themselves. They were working out a deal with Phoenix and Phoenix asked for him to be drafted and the Spurs did and traded him to them. God, how many ing times does that have to be explained?

    I agree with that. But they were so sure they were going to get Kidd that it backfired.
