Those are all great points, mono. Here is some more silver lining for this season:
http://www.dallasnews.com/sharedcont...e.34b7d2f.htmlWith Millwood's performance and another flawless night by the bullpen, the Rangers are all but assured of a sub-4.00 ERA for August – they're at 3.65 heading into tonight's game. Combine that with their 3.95 ERA for July and the Rangers will likely string together back-to-back months below 4.00 for the first time since 1992.
After beginning the season 23-42, the Rangers have made quite a turnaround, posting a 38-30 record the last 68 games.http://texas.rangers.mlb.com/news/ga...=.jsp&c_id=texSammy Sosa capped off the Rangers' victory with a solo home run and an RBI single. Millwood, however, was the most impressive with a 2.12 ERA in his last four starts.
"He's locked in at what he's trying to do and he's executing," Washington said. "He's just being the bulldog we thought he'd be."
Lots to look forward to. It's a good time to be a Rangers fan!
