Houston has a chance, but it went down a little bit now that they lost Van Gundy.

I want to say Spurs-Pistons because those are the best teams in my opinion, but I don't think it will happen. One of the two will be in the Finals, but the other will fall.

Mcgrady was not the problem against the mavs stupid , ask any mavs fan........he ing owned in that series and had the stats to prove it.....he morphed into the best player on the planet and those are mavs fans words on their boards during that series. The problem is that was our first year with tmac and yao together and we had no depth and to take the badazz (at that time, and sort of right now, but not really that much) Mavs to 7 games was ing great. Just you wait and see what happens when the rockets play the heat you dumb azz ........then come back and talk.....virgin now, champion later....tmac.....book it.

Mavs won because JET, Josh, Finley and Stack were better than Sura, Barry, and whatever else the Rox threw out in that series.

Bottom line: without T-Mac, they would've been swept.

I hated watching it at the time, bc IIRC correctly, Houston didn't just win the first game, they kicked the living snot out of us, and McGrady just couldn't be stopped. But that dunk got me out of my barstool.

The Game 2 gamewinner that McGrady hit was an incredible shot looking back on it. At the time I hated his guts, but it was really spectacular. He takes that deep off-balance shot that he KNOWS is going in and just starts walking off the court like a in badass.

you are so ing stupid. Talent, via all star players can get you so far......but in a 7 game series the lack of depth will be exposed and it was by a team that HAD depth.......the mavs. Depth is NOT a problem now with the roxs. This is why teams that make big-talent splashes by giving up many players and pics/cash to get 1-3 all stars usually take a couple of years to add depth and become truly contenders...like the 2004 roxs, 2007-08 Celtics, 2007 nuggets...etc.

It is easier for good teams missing 1 element to contend via the wallace deal with the pistons and shaq with the heat.


Your team was not relevant this past season, you guys got swept dumbazz......all of the rockets last 2 series went 7 games.......they fought.......they did not lay down and get ass ed like the ass heat....and dont claim injuries.....yao broke his leg last year(missed nearly half the season) and his foot before that and with mcgrady's back(and they still won 52 games and got 4-5th seed in the west).....please....or I'll send battier to take care of paper-shoulder-wade again This last series came down to 1 or 2 late missed rebounds by the roxs in the 7th game.........what did your heat do? layed down and got ed. .
