But you're right, I guess, they shouldn't have reported the shooting at all. The drivers of San Antonio should just not be privy to the fact that there is a random car with occupants shooting other cars in the early morning.

Look, man... I read that article and think the driver did something to be arrested. If Mark had been placed under arrest, it would have said that, but it didn't, so I believe he isn't.
