One day Julius Cesar -with his army- passing through a region, stopped in a gallic town.
He received the local chief with all honors.
Listened to him. Offered him food and wine.
The chief was all happy about it.
Cesar's lieutenants were sort of making fun of the little chiefs.
Mighty people in front of the little guy.
The chief left and the lieutenants exploded.
Cesar cut it.
"I'd rather be chief in this village than second in Rome."
