Didn't the Mavs have pretty much the same team they had against the Spurs that they had against the Warriors?
How in the are you slightly better? You just lost in the ing 1st round to an 8th seed with the same ing team you have now.
The Spurs ing cakewalked through the playoffs.

We wouldn't have beaten them last year. We beat them by the thinnest of margins in 2006, and we would've been without Dampier and his six fouls. He's overpaid and pretty mediocre, but he avoids having to risk getting Dirk into foul trouble guarding opposing bigs.
We do match up well against them, better than any other team in the League, and we've won 8 of the last 12 games, but we don't dominate them.
Where's the love.

I'm so thankful for that. I don't want those ers leapfrogging us to a le. Please do it again this year, because as crazy as it sounds, I'd rather play the Spurs than the Suns due to matchups.

I don't watch Mav games to often. In fact the last one I saw they were having trouble with beating The Warriors, who were down a man.
Holy ...if this doesn't capture the circus-like cluster that the American Airlines Center is, I don't know what does.
btw...don't expect any team to bat an eye this year when you beat them in the regular season. The ultimate "boy-who-cried-wolf" story...

Because there are many real Spur fans who waited months for the NBA season to finally start and maybe get excited about an old fashion Texas shoot out like the Mavs vs Spurs!
and then there are fans like yourself who wait till the last minute of the second round of the playoffs to make sure the Spurs are moving froward to the next round in order to put that cheesy Spurs flag on your rusty car antenna before they really show any true support for the Spurs?

I am not sure Mr. duncan228 what you did to get not one, but two Spurs under your name but I do hope one of the spurs under your name is for showing up after a loss to the Dallas Mavericks. I guess we will see after tonight!
The best part is, if the Mavs win, a good portion of the Spurs fans here talking about how the "regular season doesn't matter" will be in full meltdown mode.
Likewise, if the Spurs win, Spurs fans will ensue massive talking toward the Mavs, despite their prior claims that the game "Doesn't matter".
