Horry: 8 pts, 6 rebs, 4 asts and a big STFU to me.
I agree something is not right with Tony... he's lost his edge completely.
Horry: 8 pts, 6 rebs, 4 asts and a big STFU to me.
i think that's what Pop actually asked him to do
The first 2-3 shots were in flow, but he should have rethought the last 2.
heat check probably.
Why? He's not a good shooter so when he can't find the way to made layups or he is blocked 7 times like yesterday and he is missing jumpshots then obviously he has to pass more the ball.
In the second half when we will be up by +20 then the defend of the Knicks will be worse (if it could be worse) and he will made easy layups to get 20 or 30 points like usually he does.
There were a ton of hasty shots in that last sequence.
and so is bonner, finley, barry... basically any spur that can hit the 3. that's what pop wants... guys who aren't afraid to shoot no matter how much it infuriates the fans.
Actually Bonner has a very slow release, so he often has to pass up a shot that was briefly open.
Johnson seems to have a hair-trigger release. Which has good and bad points.
Curry 18 pts, 7-8???
WTF ????
Pop is more concerned with their backcourt apparently
Findog with 2 quick shots.

Spurs up 10
Eddy Curry is on fiyah.
Finley is shooting awesome these days.
i have the game on ESPN's gamecast. i only see a little ball and a pic.
bonner's high arcing shot always leaves me the feeling that it will fall short but swooshes in.![]()
c'mon Rose, 4 more points
I thought with the way Finley started he might have hit a wall after how well he's been playing but he's turned it around. On fire.

Clyde: "Seren-DIP-ityyyy!"
probable strategy. with curry's conditioning, randolph apparently not playing in this game (suspension?), he won't be able to play at that pace the rest of the way.
If Tim made that I would have applauded him through the TV.
