Bull ...you go find the most suicidal person on Earth and you let them play the Joker...they won't kill themselves before that movie comes out. It's just not done...
Damn...I'm pretty upset, another talent diminshed and struck down by the cruel hand of cir stance.

I was in disbelief when I heard about this. Crazy stuff.
Batman did it.
That's too bad, I can't say I was a huge fan of his but I was excited to see him in The Dark Knight, hopefully for his legacy he played the part well.
How could TIMVP not have heard of the guy that was in Brokeback Mountain, I could understand if he didn't see it, but to not have heard of the guy?
He was in The Patriot, you didn't see The Patriot?
The problem is too many people pop a pill for every mood change they experience and don't even realize sometimes the effects of mixing drugs.
When I saw this on the news I was shocked. I was never really a fan of his though but my heart goes out to his daughter.
NYPD is saying sleeping pills were all around his body
Uhm, it just was. Do you really think a movie role can make all your demons disappear? Now that is bull .
People are strange when youre a stranger
Faces look ugly when youre alone
Women seem wicked when youre unwanted
Streets are uneven when youre down
When youre strange
Faces come out of the rain
When youre strange
No one remembers your name
It's not a movie role...it's the ing Joker.
So if you are suicidal and playing the Joker you are going to kill yourself before the premiere?
You can honestly answer that with a yes?
R.I.P.
Huge fan of his. Sad day indeed.
Yes, and so did Heath. Don't you think his young daughter had a much more powerful influence on him to live than some movie role?
You're lying...you also aren't suicidal, if you were you wouldn't be trolling a message board...so therefore even if you aren't lying, you aren't qualified to answer.
Remains to be seen...and so did Heath.
Is it really a sad day? It's not like a great leader of some sort died. The dude from 10 Things I Hate About You died. It's not really that big a deal for anyone that didn't know him personally.
And you are? Perhaps my posting is my therapy to keep things real.
Open your eyes.
Maybe he already saw it in a private screening and it sucked, and he decided he couldn't deal with the disasterous reception.
Supposedly Mariah Carey had serious depression issues before Glitter came out...
Depends...some actors are pretty egotistical. And stop calling it a mere movie role...it's the Joker.
But I just see the daughter as another reason he wouldn't...
Yes...because I'm being honest and you're trolling.
It is just a mere movie role. It's not like nobody else could play it.
So if trolling a message board is good enough therapy for you...imagine what playing the Joker would do for you...
Open your eyes.
It's a fact that smiling and laughing help your mood and increase your endorphins...and if there's one thing you do playing the Joker...it's smile and laugh a whole lot..
So you're still going to wind up wrong.
so some of you claim it wasn't a suicide... then what are your theories of what happened? the help killed him? the olsen hired someone in some crazy conspiracy to off the guy? seriously, since you guys KNOW it wasn't a suicide.. then what the is it?
...pretty sure nobody knows what Heath's situation was, so all of you should slow down. imo, he was a good actor and a funny and cool guy. shame.
It's similar to my response in the Amy Winehouse thread -- I'm not going to sit down and cry, but it's legitimately sad.
You don't have to know someone personally to be saddened by their passing. And while we're not talking about some revered leader, a 28-year-old talented guy up and OD-ing is officially in the "bummer" category.
Then I suppose it should be pretty easy for you to back up your claims and give me links to other actors that have played the Joker and killed themselves before the premiere of the movie in which they play the Joker...
Link?
