I'd imagine Pop and the rest of the Spurs players/organization misses him even more than we do. The Spurs really miss his penetration, speed and ability to take the attention off Tim/Manu. Hopefully he's ready after the A-S break.

timvp and kori are exactly the opposite of the way they are on this forum in person...
On the forum you'd think Kori hardly ever says a word and timvp does all the talking...in person it's pretty much reversed.
You'll find this out when you and your girl go to a GTG or they come to Austin(they actually said they'd do this)...
It actually depends on the scenario. In large groups, I talk a lot more than timvp in real life. In smaller groups, I would say he talks more than I do. Of course, it all depends on the crowd and topic of conversation.

I'm actually supposed to come to Austin for a conference next month. We'll see.
Timvp does talk more in smaller groups though. At the poker table he probably talks more than any other place that I've seen.
That's what I mean.
In a large group, that's usually when I talk the most ... because I'm either organizing things, telling stories, or helping people. In a small group, I would say LJ talks as much or more than I do.
I've met them twice (all during half time during Spurs home games)...
They're really quite nice. But yes, I would agree that timvp was quiet, other than "hi" I don't think he said another word (plus it didn't help that the Spurs were losing against the Mavs).

I've talked about this with just about everyone....you are the person that most comes off in person exactly the way you do on the forum...there's pretty much 100% agreement on that.

It seems like it would be strange to meet someone from Spurstalk...i'm not sure if that's just because i dont live in SA. I do frequently fly down to SA for games though.
