Thats all well and good but he was sucking ass for 3.5 quarters and had it been a better team then the sub .500 Kings he would have lost. He was shooting like 33%.
Does Derek Fisher have the highest arcing FT shot in the league or what?

Dang, you got that clip on Youtube quick.
It's all about keeping up with the Jones, the Lakers have an easy stretch coming up, a loss tonight would have really screwed things up. Kings had that game won for 3.5 quarters.
Now the Lakers get to go home and play 3 pretty easy games over the next week and a half.
If I recall, the Spurs had the same feeling during most of the Rodeo trip. With your logic, the Spurs suck.
But we know they don't. Champions find a way to win.
Hey if you asked me at the beginning of the trip we were sucking ass here too.
Did he or did he not suck ass for 42 minutes?
Kobe played within the game for most of the first 3 quarters. He wasn't getting calls, and let the crowd coax him into some 1 on 1 duels. He dialed it in during the 4th and it was over. Pau even with his soft D kept us in the game with some strong post game.
Umm why don't you ask Kobe Bryant that exact same question? I remember reading a quote within the past year where he said Bruce Bowen is the best defender he's ever faced and it's not even close after that.
Bowen can't stop his own grandmother.
Kobe's been carrying the team as of late. Watch some games and enjoy the sport of basketball head. Misrepresented stats don't mean .
There were more Laker fans in the stands than Kings fan. Oh how fast have the..well, the Kings never won anything. Maloofs should move them to Vegas or something.
Oh shut the up. SA needed two miracles in order to beat powerhouses like the Minnesota Timberpups and the Milwaukee Deer in the Headlights.
Miracles? How about clutch shots by Manu in Ginobili. Games where Manu scored 30 on 10-17 shooting not 10-26 shooting. and in Minnesota where he scored 44 on 13-18 shooting. Now if you ask me, thats pretty damn efficient. And if you didnt know, in sports lady luck plays a big part in it 2...sometimes the ball needs to bounce your way, sometimes a whistle...you never know...thats why the games are played....this is the NBA, any team can win/lose against any team any given night.
It's an 82-game season, and great teams are bound to struggle against weaker teams from time to time. There's not a team in the league full of players not fit to play in the NBA (except for the Miami Heat), so on any given night, a bad team can beat a good team.
A sign of a great team is how well they play the stronger compe ion, not the weaker compe ion. I'd be more worried if my team was failing to beat the league's best consistently (oh, by the way, my team is failing to beat the league's best consistently... D'Oh!)
