i buy straight from the farm. i don't do steak at restaurant, usually, unless someone else is picking up the tab. grass fed beef is starting to pick up steam, but not as fast. typically grass fed beef should be cheaper than regular beef. now that everyone is suffering from al gore syndrome and the the ethanol-can-save-us bug is in full effect, regular beef should start going up pretty soon.

I bet Tpark orders the Dos XX tacos and has a 1/2 plate of Jack Daniels ribs while wearing his straw hat and Corona t shirt. He probably proceeds with a body shot off of Mouse, while he yells out "Hey man, Where's the KIO's".
