This just in: Add another movie theater. This time a Santikos along 281 and 1604. Where there is already the Regal Northwoods 14.
http://www.mysanantonio.com/business....9631f903.htmlAlong Loop 1604 and U.S. 281, on the northeast corner, Santikos Development is preparing for a 100-acre campus, called the Legacy. It will combine a theater, specialty and big-box stores, as well as office and residential units.
This now puts the number of theaters currently under construction or planned and to be completed within two years to 9 theaters.

My personal preference is Cinemais in Uberlândia:

All these new movie theaters planned and current ones, but funny we don't have one of those Tinsel town ones that austin, corpus, houston and dallas have.
Because we have Santikos, which, those other cities and every other city in the US does not have the privilege of having.
Santikos >> Most other national or local theater chains.

Also Davi,
TinselTown is owned by CineMark.
San Antonio has two CineMark theaters.
However, Santikos >>> CineMark
Santiko's Palladium 21

Looks like the Cielo Vista with eight more trees in front and Romanesque type columns ornamenting it.
Is our movie theatre to population ratio greater than any other city in America??
