If the Mavs lose this series, they really need to consider just blowing up the entire roster. Hornets are a good team, but very inexperienced. Things like that matter a lot in the playoffs, esp for a veteran team like the Mavs.

    What a collapse.

Still think the Mavs will come back to win game 2. I can see the Hornets relaxing.

CP3 Deserves the MVP, I don't care if the lakers have the best record in the league or if Kobe is "the best player in the game" which after watching Duncan today we all know he's not.

What CP3 is doing right now is unheard of. Average 20,10, and 2 steals in the regular season. And now willing his team to a win in Game 1 after they were down 12 at halftime.

It's against grandpa Kidd. I wouldn't put too much into it.

33 points, 10 assists, 1 TO for CP3. Hornets up 13 with 3 minutes left.

Yep you are wrong. This team lost what made it great. Shotblocking, youth, rebounding, and points in the paint.

I don't care who it's against. Defense is a team effort. Either way, CP3 has done this to numerous teams, including the Spurs, this season. It's nothing new. He seriously took his team to a whole new level and he's given new confidence to guys like West, Chandler, and Peja.

If Kobe hadn't gotten Pau Gasol gift wrapped to him, I bet he'd still be ing about a trade right about now.

Blowing up the entire roster eh? Well, let's start at the coaching position. That part where he had Juwon Howard and Eddie Jones on the court at the same times for so long in the 2nd quarter makes me laugh. He makes stupid ass subs utions.

Fire Avery, get a big 2-guard, and get Josh Howard the out of town, and this team is back in the top 4 of the West next season.

I don't agree. I think KG's impact goes beyond numbers. Thats why I think he deserves to be MVP or at least Defensive player of the year.

He's going to get DPOY. Celtics managed just fine without KG when he went out with that abdomen strain.
