    why didn't garnett get suspended for touching a ref?

    the NBA has certain untouchables. CP3 and Garnett are just 2 of 'em. Bowen is definitely not.

    My profession there are a lot of conventions in different cities. I avoid New Orleans like the plague because the French Quarter smells to me like a barf-fest. Never knew if it was from so many drunks tossing cookies or something else. The humidity maybe?
