lol Givony. "I don't know why Damien James is slipping."

    ...cause he's overrated.
He doesn't have a position. He can't shoot well enough to play at 3 and he can't survive in the post.

I really really like this Spurs pick. Anderson can shoot. He is gonna get minutes at SG/SF right away. Another steal.

The lack of meltdown is fun. While I wanted a 3, I really understand this pick quite a bit. With Mason and possibly Bonner gone, Spurs seriously needed outside shooting, and there's not much on the market at LLE level. So, they get one of the better SG shooters in the draft. Good stuff.

The Blazers were the source of the misinformation that was out there about Williams. KP talked me out of putting him at 22 in my mock.

The team still needs another good big.
I'd say starting SF is where we need to improve, especially defensively. We need another lockdown guy to make the system work. Where can we find one of those?

Anderson will not play SF. The Spurs will get raped on the other side of the ball if that happens.

Now get a project big or a draft-and-stash in the second round and this will be a successful draft.

I'm glad we finally got a 2 guard thats NOT undersized.

Honestly though, Anderson looks like he'll be a nice fit. No ST Draft meltdown for two years now.

If only there had been a great rebounding SF available when we drafted. Oh, wait....

the system doesn't work anymore. It is time to adjust to the personal on the team and not try to put guys into past roles of other players.
