Yeah Chick Fil A is definitely an exception, that place is always full staffed. Though they're like Panda Express to me: a single meal on the menu I like. When I go to Panda it's orange chicken and chow mein, everything else on the menu is trash. When I go to Chick Fil A it's a y chicken sandwich and waffle fries, everything else I have tried on their menu is overpriced and mid. Though Popeyes is my go-to for chicken sandwiches, especially since I can get red beans and rice on the side. Plus you get a receipt for a free 2-piece if you buy a drink next time you go. And I like Popeyes don't give a and don't pretend to be your servant with all that my pleasure bull .

In N Out is Republican for sure, but not the religious kind
If they get beef what are the burger places going to do? Sell burgers made from black beans and tofu?
Yup, it's a full on marketing ploy at this point. Last time I stopped in one I could hear Christian music playing over the speakers
You got a link for the ban?
What pleasant summer day
Sweet summer rain

Gas powered cars, cows/cow farts, air conditioners etc
No mention of beef whatsoever.
Was thinking of saying "where da beef?" but thought better of it
Classic Wendy's commercial or some stupid rap song?
Glorius rain.
I think we might see a good rise in the aquifer
here is a site to follow one of the most important wells.
Actually some key springs actually tell the best story.
When some of these springs begin to flow we know we are in good shape.
Its not gonna happen with just this.

Can we again reach 670' on well J12. Twoud be nice.
Like I said last summer... expect a rainy, below average Summer 2024 in San Antonio.![]()
not to toot my own horn but ....toot toot, even baseline bum must attest to the fact that I was insistent on the rain and relative cool for 2024 last summer
Though it got to 97 today![]()
Like I HAVE said before, Climate Change leads to extremes.
And the extremes lead to a huge cost.
Throw that in with power deregulation in Texas and you get the we have had.
Houston not getting power back in forever. Natural Gas freeze ups at important stations.
May was hotter than ever. July brings us cloud and rains. We are not clever enough to deal with an acceleration in Delta because we got people like Abbott pretending and then loading the coffers for a possible presidential bid.
Next seven days all forecasted in the 80s. In peak heat part of the summer.
Abbott for a presidential bid? Won't happen. Same reason why you won't see someone like Sam Brown or Tammy Duckworth ever run seriously. Same reason why someone like Glenn Youngkin gets an unusually high amount of Democrat women votes. Optics are a real thing.
Probably both
Amazing how rain can do that
LOL today was too but instead 97
difference is, the rain came late and the atmosphere warmed up first
won't be the case rest of the week. Rain has already thermally altered the atmosphere
as I said, the Rainy City will get its rain and below normal summer 2024, 2023 was the fluke not the norm
I think our generation has grown out of rap / hip hop.
Where did you get your meteorology degree?
