just give them RJ for Williams straight up.
bonner rj and parker for haris favors and williams ? lmao i know no way it can be done but this would be nice
just give them RJ for Williams straight up.
What a joke of an article... This needs a "U Mad?" poster.
yea he chose a party and the time of his life, why shouldn't he. He's about to go down to South Beach and win pocket fulls of rings with his friends. His real friends. Not some lousy city and franchise, that obviously, was always ready to turn on you in an instant if you couldn't make them happy. LeBron is not a slave to Cleveland, he was a free agent, nobody in there right mind thought he was going back there. They led themselves on more than anybody else did. Just like all the ignorant New Yorkers that thought he was no doubt coming there, but everybody else knew there was no way. I love San Antonio and the Spurs, and if I was drafted to play for them, I would absolutely love it... but if we couldn't win, and I had an opportunity to go play with my friends, and almost guarantee wins. I'm out, 100 times out of 100.
He basically on the individual glory so many of these same people hate on players for chasing at the sake of winning... to win... and people are trying to crucify him for it. Rings>>>MVPs and opinion based GOAT les... especially when you get to celebrate all that success with people that matter to you.
LeBron wins, haters lose.
He didn't destory anything. He's still the most marketable person in sports. He already had tons of haters, most talented successful people have a lot (funny how that works), they're just being loud right now. With the exception of Cleveland, he still has all of his fans, and just gained a whole load more in Florida. He'll win rings, and his fans will multiply. He and D-Wade will be making classic commercials together and everybody will be talking about how great those guys are. This is all getting blown wayyyy out of proportion. Lol sensational media, lol sheep, lol haters gettin mad.
The only mistake he made was not telling the other teams before the press confrence or whatever you call it took place. I understand why they didn't do it, they didn't want a mad exec. (hey dan gilbert), running to the media to leak the info before the show took place, cause that would have ruined it... but in the end, it would have been better to just tell them. The show still would have happened, it still would have raised all the money, just not as many people would have watched.
STEIN_LINE_HQ ESPN.com sources: Bulls to sign Korver to three-year deal worth estimated $15 million
I personally thought Korver could get more than 3 years.
While Bonner gets 4 years and $17M or so...
Cleveland GM confirmed that James' agent notified them before the announcement was made that he was not returning to the Cavs.
http://srcleveland.wordpress.com/201...ken-next-step/It is obviously disappointing that LeBron chose to go to another team,” Grant said. “As soon as we got the message at 9:01 (p.m.), as an organization we moved forward. He is no longer part of the organization and we are moving forward.
The bulls are going to be really good. There is definitely a power shift towards the East.
I thought Korver was signing with the Nets. Also, McGuire to the Bobcats just means they have another defensive player.
This.
Wojo...did he have some personal stake in this or what?
The owners just don't like it when the shoe is on the other foot do they?
Remember...owners....the NBA is a business , right?![]()
Wojnarowski might have nailed the whole James fiasco, but I agree with Dro210, he needs to give it a rest. He's been relentlessly ripping into James for months, yet this is the same guy who constantly slurps Bryant, as if he's any better a person. They're both arrogant pukes in their own way. One shouldn't be praised and the other ridiculed, but both ridiculed.
No to now
David Aldridge daldridgetnt
Mavs, Wolves continue Al Jefferson trade talk. Story up soon on NBA.com.
didn't see posted Foye and Gomes to the Clippers
Mavs are going to get one of the most up and coming power forwards in the game.
And we resign ing matt bonner
and theyll probably get it for damps horrid contract but rj opted out and we just resign him to more years![]()
Al jefferson is overrated and overpaid. let them take that bum. Id rather have splitter for the MLE then jefferson for 14/yr

GState's Anthony Morrow has agreed to a 3-year offer sheet worth approximately $12 million with New Jersey, a league source tells Y!

surprised the Warriors won't match that offer

Wow.... I understand why we were able to pay Bonner and not cut into any Splitter money, but it's unbelievable that Bonner just got paid more than Morrow based on his 3pt shooting. Morrow is probably the best shooter in the league, and is a lot more capable of doing the other things that make you an NBA player.... on top of all that, he has upside, of which Bonner has zero.
I would kill to switch Morrow for Bonner.
another FO failure. i need a drink.
well the final #s aren't even out yet, so we don't know what the contract is but it definitely shouldnt be any more than what morrow is making.

Lakers free agent point guard Derek Fisher has a meeting scheduled with Miami Heat president Pat Riley on Saturday, according to a source close to the situation.
Fisher
Fisher's preference remains to re-sign with the Lakers, but he feels the need to explore his options and listen to Riley's pitch after the Heat landed free agents LeBron James and Chris Bosh. Miami also re-signed Dwyane Wade and were rumored to be closing in on Mike Miller.
According to a source, negotiations between Fisher and the Lakers have remained positive and the team has put an offer on the table that was stronger than what's been previously reported (one year, $2.5 million). Fisher returned from a trip to China on Wednesday, but he's had several conversations with both Lakers general manager Mitch Kupchak and Riley.
