I haven't kept up with this thread, but I just wanted to see it was wonderful to hear that Miss Nancy Pelosi was present for Rep. Giffords eyes opening the first time. Nothing short of miraculous and every day she gets stronger, and we all have the dcotors and Miss Nancy Pelosi to thank.

Political politics is the commonplace for such things anyway. The left is always hypocritical of such things. The tactics they use all the time o unchallenged as unethical, but the moment the right does what the left does... it becomes news. Do you think that's right?

Palin is far too much of a polarizing figure in American politics to be concerned with poll ratings. She made $14 million last year brah; keep thinking she cares. This video was merely a formality to give the ladies and gentlemen over at MSNBC who are dependent on her political actions something to wake up in the morning for.
A recent wgaf poll showed that 70% of the American population had never even heard the term blood libel before Palin used it in her speech. If you look up the definition of libel and put blood in front of it, it makes sense in the context to which she was using it.
Okay, I admit to having watched this clip for the very first time this morning. And, I watched it carefully all the way through.
Nowhere does Congresswoman Giffords claim the SarahPAC ad intentionally inferred violence against her.
But, more importantly, in the five minute interview, there were repeated references to the threats and violence of the right. However, in the only clip they showed of a Tea Party rally, there wasn't one sign shown that hinted at violence and no one was shouting threats.
Congresswoman Giffords didn't describe any specific acts of violence or threats either.
As for the incident that prompted the interview, Giffords allowed that she didn't know what prompted it. And, considering DailyKos "targeted" her, put her in the "cross hairs" and that Kos poster boyBlue claimed she was "Dead" to him; I'm certain, had she been inclined to assign blame they would have been given equal su ion.
The video is full of meaningless political posturing. It's unfortunate she was shot and I am grateful it appears she will recover but, this interview has absolutely nothing to do with the shooting.

Palin is the embodiment of what keeps this country from moving forward. Her and all of her conservative, uneducated, bigot followers, in the end, will be the cause for the possible downfall of this country.
