A starnge thing out of this win, is that in a game where we managed to outrebounded the opposite team (42-34) Timmy only had 1 board...

No denying it. And it was worse than 34, because the Spurs gave up some points in garbage time. The Hornets only had 13 points in the 4th quarter, with less than two minutes left. That was complete domination on the defensive end.

The Spurs only had 44 points in the first half, and that STILL outscored the Hornets second half by 10 points.

Great D. First time I can remember us completely shutting down West. Maybe a smaller player is the way to go - his strength seems to be playing against more traditional power forwards. Chris Paul - that enormous knee brace...he didnt' seem as explosive as I remember. That can't be a good sign for them long term. The Hornets have a solid team with lots of active role players. Very impressive win by the Spurs. Didn't see that one coming.
