No one knows -- yet -- if LeBron is serious about leaving Miami. But Rockets have moved quickly to front of the Bosh line if Bron relocates

None of the so-called Heatles has been more vocal about re-signing than Chris Bosh. But that, of course, was to keep playing WITH LeBron

sources say Bosh has felt compelled to consider other options himself.

Sources say Bosh would expect a four-year maximum offer of $96 million to jump to leave Miami for Houston or any other suitor.

ESPN's Chris Broussard reported Wednesday that Bosh was seeking a five-year deal worth between $80-to-$90 million to re-sign with Miami, while Wade is thinking along the lines of $55-60 million over four years.

    How do you BTW?
    How do you embed tweets?

The code is [ tweet ] tweetID [ /tweet ] ... without the spaces, of course.

To find the tweetID, get a direct link to a tweet by clicking on the date of the tweet. The URL should look something like this: https://twitter.com/manuginobili/status/251356957368270848

Take that bold string of numbers at the end and put it in the tweet tags.

    Result:

Bosh and Wade are both asking for too much money. If Lebron leaves, it's because those two want too much and that won't leave enough money to get a decent team around them. If I was Riley, I'd tell Bosh to take a hike if he wants that much and tell Wade that he needs to take a pay cut if they're going to get a decent team around Lebron.

Kinda tough to do that considering the Rckets are offering him max money.

Key puzzle pieces to the free agency picture remain to me:

Nash and his $9.3 million albatross salary. I don't recall him playing a game for the Lakers last year. Short of him retiring, I see no way Lakers rid of his salary. Am I missing something?

The fossil that was Udonis Haslem opting out of his $4.6 million salary when the Heat still need every available penny to have any chance in free agency. He may as well take that front office job now?

Teams supposedly may be willing to take the salary of Jeremy Lin or Asik of the books of the Rockets to help them land a high dollar free agent like Melo or Bosh. Really?!? Further, Hoopshype lists those players salaries at a whopping $14.9 million each while Sham Sports lists them at a mere $8.4 million each. Which is accurate?

With LeBron up in the air and set to meet privately with Riley soon, chaos still reigns supreme in free agency but at least not for the Spurs!

Nash- Lakers can waive him using the stretch provision of the new CBA. His salary cap hit would be spread over three seasons.

Lin- He will be paid 14.9M, but only count 8.4M against the cap and tax.

Rockets can offer him whatever they want. I wouldn't offer him max. He might be worth it to a team like Houston that already has a center like Dwight and both Harden and Chandler (if he re-signs), but apart from certain situations like that, I don't think he's worth max on most contending teams.

How many of you guys think he's worth max?

Doesn't matter what people think, if Houston is offering him 4/$97m then that's what he's worth. Yes, the Rckets are stupid for doing so, but that's how the market works.

Sounds like Nash is done for then and add his $6 million to Lakers available space. That would get their 2014/2015 salary commitments down to $31 million and make a more viable free agency player but I don't see them fielding anything but a thin roster do you?

How did the Rockets pull that off? I recall they signed him from the Knicks did NY want rid of him and help them pull that off? What about Asik? Since he was with Bulls sounds like the Rockets just found some clever loopholes what were they if so?

    Thanks!

Ah ok thanks I think I vaguely recall hearing that but nice move by the Rockets (maybe).

As far as Bosh, no is he worth a max deal. They pay him and Howard $40 million combined they will be screwed!

Nash- they may not use the stretch provision. Depends on whether they want extra cap space this summer or in 2015 and/or 2016.

Lin/Asik- Contracts were constructed using the Gilbert Arenas provision of the CBA:

Bosh would be the best player on the Rockets. He's worth the money if they feature him. Miami is too lazy to have a dynamic offense, and that's holding everyone down, including James.

Get 'em to opt out for the team, then dump 'em.

    Nice work, Pat!

I honestly do think Los Angeles can trade Nash for a decent player. They just need to be willing to take on long-term salary.

Not seeing how Cavs field a strong team with James going back. About all they would have are Irving, James, and Jack. I don't even think they can keep Varejao?
