Crazy to think we may have 2 left tackles drafted in back to back years after this OL drought...this trend must continue.
Probably not fair to call him a Longhorn if he is drafted since he spent 3 seasons playing for Rice. They deserve the credit for developing him, we just get the benefit of the finished product.
I'm just happy to have him be here and allow our younger guys do develop without the pressure of starting.
Next season we need a minimum of 5 offensive linemen and again maybe one more juco. After that it's all about development and giving us the oline I remember growing up when it was always our strength.
Cant we be offensive line U as well?

He is friends with QB Cameron Rising.

Ehhh nature of the business. Adrian Colbert only played one year at Miami but most people wouldn't know he spent all his time at Texas prior to that. I know their playing career couldn't be more different but at the end of the day Miami gets the notoriety for him being in the league.
