I'm not one to blame Pop for everything like some you losers but damn this was a poorly managed game on his part.

I blame Aldridge and Demar. They've never seen a 20ft 2-pointer they didn't absolutely love. So scared to attack the rim it hurts.

Tim and Manu would tear this ty league apart with those bodies.

If the Spurs got blown out, you might be able to shrug it off.
I gotta feeling this game cannot be shrugged off. Denver goes into game 3 with huge momentum, knowing they can take the Spurs best punch and come back from big deficits.
Spurs have reason to doubt themselves, and I wouldn't be surprised if Denver takes over from here.

Only silver lining is we almost did this twice (Game 1) and didn't. I'm fine with the split. But yeah, Pop was out of his ing mind tonight.

Why would anybody be discouraged by this game? Obviously the meltdown sucks, but they dominated 3 quarters on the road, it took home biased officials + one of their volume chuckers getting hot to win the game

Denver's flaws were on full display again..
    This

In no way is this Denver team scary

Horrible technical+jacker getting hot=den victory. We’re on to game 3

We were up as much as we were because they were bricking open shots and missing gimmes.

Up 20 with little more than a quarter to go and instead of keeping the foot on the pedal Pop went with a Mills, Forbes, Bellinelli perimeter. Any other coach would get murdered for it.
That technical too. What great timing. If any player costs the team a point like that they're subbed out so they can get over themselves.

I’ve missed these playoff overreactions. We didn’t really go through this last year because we never had a chance against golden state. Everyone, relax. Spurs in 6.

I turned on the game right before they through things away in the late 3rd. I was impressed how aggressive the tempo was. The Pop makes subs utions and those guys, patty, Marco, Gay came in half ass'd. The tempo dropped to that of a regular season game. Us slowing down gave Murry a change to find is shot. I seen so many games go with a lead like this when pop subs in the late 3rd. It destroys the tempo. It reminds me of game 7 finals when pop did the same thing. Then I was screaming No! The starters have to grind it out! Its 15 minutes. Call time outs if they need to get a small breather/foul.

Questionable decisions in the 3rd Quarter. Jamal Murray going nuclear, that 3 ball with white glued on him and that Sprint to the stop 3 ball also we're just ridiculous shots he made.

Murray is the reason they closed out that game. You have to tip your hat when a guy just plays out of his mind.

Missed opportunity to come back home 2-0.

Hopefully some of bench comes back to life

Not just any 20ft shot, but those soft, soft fadeaways, possibly the worst shot you can take in crunch time.

Horrible loss.. we had this series in the palm of our hands with this win. But of course bad rotation choices and dog defense lead us to our doom. Rudy needs to show the up he’s been absolutely terrible idk how many times he’s turned the damn ball over

There is a team in the Bay Area that blew a 31 point lead at home the other night.
There is also a team that blew a game in the highest magnitude possible in Game 6. His point was that our Spurs have a history of blowing big games that doesn't seem to happen as often with other playoff teams.
