Didn't LMA sign with the Spurs 10 years ago (2015)? we're getting old.
Anyway I was thinking how free agency used to be fun.

Bruce Brown back to Denver
Free agent Bruce Brown Jr. has agreed to a one-year deal with the Denver Nuggets, sources tell ESPN. The 2023 NBA champion for the Nuggets returns to Denver. CAA's Ty Sullivan and Steven Heumann finalized the deal tonight with the Nuggets.
I'm a huge fan of Fox, advocated for getting him, and are happy we did... but I will say that if we have no plans on building a roster to compete for a Top-6 seed in the west, I don't understand the point of acquiring him.
"We like having starting power forwards who never rebound or defend as long as they fulfill their mandatory 10 community outreach events."![]()
I was interested in getting him last off-season, but no-one here wanted him. We don't really need anymore SG/SFs now, though.
They most likely wouldn’t have had they known they were getting Harper.

Free agent center Kevon Looney has agreed to a two-year, $16 million deal with the New Orleans Pelicans, sources tell ESPN. Life Sports Agency CEO Todd Ramasar and the Pelicans reached a deal tonight for the three-time NBA champion who departs Golden State after 10 years.
Hahah Looneys gone, there goes that option
Weird signing for NOLA but the Hawks own the Pelicans pick next year so anything to make them a better team right now is good for us tbh.
Oh man, we are about to have the Cam Johnson meltdown up in here!!!
Nola having a brain fart off-season lol

Free agent guard Kevin Porter Jr. has agreed to a two-year, $11 million deal to return to the Milwaukee Bucks, with a player option in 2026-27, sources tell ESPN. The Bucks prioritized bringing back Porter and finalized a deal tonight with his agent Sam Permut of Roc Nation.
The are the Pelicans signing Looney for? They just drafted two bigs.
Dennis Schröder signs with Sacramento, per FredKatz
.
What do you mean by that?
So Denver now has the non tax MLE to offer?
I wonder if NAW is in play for them. He would be perfect for them, you would probably move Braun to the bench and start NAW at the 2 as your 3-D guy.
Looney gone. He was my next guy after Kornet, BroLo, Capela.
Never wanted Looney, he’s washed and now he’s going to get hurt playing in New Orleans. It’s a requirement there.
Those centers must really be herring out all the different teams proposals
They need a backup big and a backup playmaker.
There is a cadre of ST posters that worship Cam Johnson, and bring him up at every possible opportunity. He was just traded to Denver. They will be devastated once they hear the news.
i dno how one looks at the deals we've seen so far and comes away thinking kornet or BroLo would be worth dumping the entire MLE![]()
acquiring a 27-year-old all-star and refusing to speed up their roster-building process even slightly![]()
im the one guy who wouldnt even be mad if we just cheaply signed Jaxson Hayes. the thing is i dont know who else to spend MLE money at this point. yabu isnt worth the full MLE either.
