So how is the knee?

The verdict: we don't know yet.

The orthopod said the MRI looked like a meniscal tear, but my physical exam wasn't really consistent with it.

All we know is that I have an effusion in the knee and over the past four months there's been atrophy of the quads because I have been favoring it.

So it's continue with the physical therapy for another month and then re-evaluate whether it should be scoped.

It was feeling a little better on Monday so I went to play ball . . . and that was probably not a good idea, but it's feeling better now.
