Either way, I would just go with the consensus that the 4 main Intelligence Agencies affirms Russia meddled. I mean, what can the Coast Guard say about hacking? That's not their main job.

It's a mistake to focus on ~20 minutes of a year-long campaign. The investigation started before the revelations of the meeting, so it's safe to say that's not the only reason for the investigation. I only used that as an example of what has already been proved.
