Spurs are active and up to something
Keith Smith @KeithSmithNBA
Teams that seem to be the most active in trade talks right now: Atlanta Boston Charlotte Chicago Golden State Minnesota New Orleans San Antonio Multiple teams have told me versions of "Spurs are up to something. It's rare for them, but they are talking to lots of people."

Any team trading for Holiday, of course, has to be cognizant of his contractual situation, with the Pelicans' guard -- regarded as one of the league's foremost two-way players -- expected to decline his $27 million option for 2021-22 and become a free agent after this season

Good. Need to be making moves for young assets
Spurs name has been dropped by multiple sauces (credible) in their interest in some type of trades. Has to be legit this time around no?
Good have to be smart and get something for some of these guys we know are going to walk and try not to repeat the KY trade.
Let's be real. DeMar already knows what he's going to do, he's just being a keeping everybody in suspense.
maybe hes talking to management to find a way in which he can opt in (to earn more than he probably would as a FA this year) and be traded where he wanna play next season? imo hes not that kind of but i can be wrong
Hopefully it’s the opposite and he is working closely with the front office on trade options. There’s no way the Spurs front office is gonna tell Dan Harris jack about their plans for DeMar DeRozan at this point.
