Lawless - Boy did Shia LaBeouf have a death wish in this movie. Tom Hardy (still with the Bane physique), on the other hand, could not die. Guy Pearce looked like he came out of The Wall. Overall, it was a fun movie. The whole foot washing thing was hilariously embarrassing.

Gary Oldman could have used more than two or three scenes, though.
It was a really entertaining movie. Violent as , but not to where I felt it was unwarranted.

I just realized I gave Haywire a 5 out of 5 by mistake.

    I meant 5/10.

I kept waiting for all of the pieces to come together in Haywire, and for me, it never did. I thought it was a mess.

No, and that's pretty sad because I have always wanted to and always put it on the back burner. Cameron Crowe's direction is a major reason I love the film, but of course the story as well and I'm one of the few Tom Cruise fans alive apparently lol. I've heard people say it's better. I do need to check it out though.

Pi and Requiem For A Dream. Now I have seen all Darren Aronofsky movies. Requiem is supposed to be depressing, but I found it unintentionally hilarious at parts.

I don't like Cruise but he's a bloody good actor. I am the same, been meaning to see open your eyes but have to be in the right mood

My gf lives at Dobie, and we kept nervously eyeballing Dobie Theater when I visited her last week.

If ANY theater had the look of one bound to get shot up mid-movie, Dobie does.

I write a lot, since I was a kid so this movie had me give it a shot. It's not for everyone, mostly a drama. For my taste, I liked it very much

Zoe Saldana is gorgeous. Loved Bradley Cooper and Jeremy Irons' characters, good acting, as well as Dennis Quaid.
