I'm sure many posters complained to Kori about Avante. Dude was annoying and spammed the forums with a lot of threads. I wasn't one of those who complained though. I leave that to others. As far as I can tell, she and LJ only act when there is a veritable avalanche of complaints. If you really want to know how that went down, PM them. You had to do that to get unbanned, right?
I couldn't PM anyone - I was banned. How could I pm them?
I forgot about it and went on with my life.
Once in a while I would lurk and read some threads for s and giggles and to keep up with the ty treatment Avante was getting from the e-gang and I would see the SBM name in a thread - it would say "banned" under it.
One day I noticed the "banned" was not under the SBM - so I tried logging on - and it allowed me to.
I could log on tomorrow and it could tell me I am banned.
You, of all people, should already know all of this since it is your world.

she makes a thread that is led -"So, who needs banning or pinking?"
The e-gang froths at their keyboards naming Avante - I decide to try to defend the poor guy - Kori takes offense because I stood by my principles - and that is it.
Tell me that hundreds and hundreds of other posters haven't done far worse - like N-bombs, slurs, threats, etc....
