so so game... we hung around til the 4th playing awful, then wheels fell off... I think we're gonna be ok
WTF? I come back in 2 min and they're up 17?

Spurs are beating the Clippers in 5 in a series tbh. The Spurs had played one of their worst games this season and it was still winnable until the 4 minute mark.
Not worried. Spurs played their 3rd stringers too much for this to be considered a serious effort.cliff jumping gots
Man I was hoping that Ayres would prove himself after his terrible start, but he's been getting worse.
Green's gotta be more willing to shoot 3s, he's passed up some decent looks just because the defender closes out on him quickly.
Almost 40 points off turnovers!!
stephen jackson getting his revenge
Gonna be some "Doc is better than Pop" posts, tbh..
Jackson getting the last laugh.
The real fans aren't cliff jumping but we've got no excuses to be winless against contenders at this point in the season.
Revenge is a stupid regular season game?
Is Danny Green really all that different from last year? He seems to be the same to me. Just tried to take mid rangers more often to begin the season..
Wow, Clippers with their largest victory over the Spurs in history. That's saying something, this years' team is in trouble.
Pop jus stole Jax's headband!!
...then threw it at him!!
lol got
Yeah I don't understand why people are surprised about Danny Green. He's just doing the same thing he's done his whole career. Be streaky. I criticized him a lot last year. But he was ready for the playoffs and did pretty well.
it just seems like all teams break their 3 point record of season against us
Add Cory Joseph and Danny Green to that list too.
Our two best players last year were TP and TD and both are worse this year. Duncan's decline is expected for his age but TP doesn't really have an excuse seeing as he's 31 years old. He looks fatigued.
He is mentally soft and one dimensional.Well blame that stupid summer play after a deep playoff run. I hate when the players do that personally.
Our guys were just tired, plus TP was injured. he would have taken over the fourth. Plus crap lineups that won't see the light of day in the playoffs.
I can't believe Spurs fans of all people are worried about regular season wins/losses to xyz teams. I just want HCA, and if takes beating up on reg teams to get it, then that's fine with me.
The Clippers got after it on the defensive perimeter. They stymied the movement on the perimeter tonight which rendered the Spurs to run some secondary motion offensive sets mixed with some additional perimeter screening plays that were unsuccessful for a plethora of reasons. Ever since the Clips got CP3 years ago I've noticed they play aggressive perimeter defense in regular season games, well against the Spurs that is. Having Ayres out on the court is an obvious CIA pop move, tbh. There is absolutely no ing reason to have a clueless player of his magnitude out on the court.
Danny Green is a very streaky player. We got to remember what kind of a player he is and what expectations we should have about him. Fans expect him to go ape like in the finals but it isn't going to happen. You gotta live with his inconsistency imo. He'll pick it up in one of these games and have a good shooting performance.
But that essentially means it's a roll of the dice with him and is that what an aging team can afford to do again? I mean, he can defend the out of Curry but still. Would he be starting material on any other team in the league?
