The Rockets melted down - after Durant went out.

The close score doesn't tell how miserably discombobulated they were. Paul is a jackass and Harden inexplicably disappeared.
When they erased GS's lead, it looked like they were going to take over the game.
    Rockets won't get another chance.
They just had to put the clamps on Curry who was looking to chuck and to get in the lane on offense and make the floaters and layups or kick for threes. Instead, they let everyone ISO, including Austin Rivers even. And stay attached on Klay when the rebound is in doubt. Dude makes open threes like they're layups.

They're blaming everyone except Frauden. CP0 is especially getting shat on.

Based on the mood of Kerr and the Warriors in these interviews, it really seems like he might actually miss the rest of the playoffs..

As ty as that is, the Rockets still had a chance until Green hit that 3. I despise the er, but that was one of the biggest facials/daggers I've ever seen delivered.

ing Harden can only dream of making the most of a moment like that.

He knew he was going to have the space and he had his legs. D'Antoni doesn't know what's going to happen.

The Rockets spent a lot of energy on the comeback. They should've went deeper in their bench 'til about the 7 minute mark of the fourth and then turned up the juice. Total wasted chance.

It's stupid how the Warriors don't even have a guy like Gerald Green off the bench

Never doubt the Dubs to pull out close wins, I think they easily breeze to another Finals win this year with or without Durant. I doubt buy that the Blazers/Nuggets could stop them, let alone who comes out East...
Disagree. They're a team in flux. But I do wonder if Denver has the composure to win against a battle tested team (should they get past the Rockets).

Not that any of this matters cuz everyone's already got their narratives made up, but yeah.

Agreed. Achilles and/or calf strain will render him ineffective out there. He can opt-in for $31 milli, or test free agency this summer. Why chance further injury by playing? Helps the Dubs but not him short and long-term. My guess is he opts-in.

Knick fans are gonna be pissed

There will be a game where the Roxs go crazy from the 3. Game 7 in front of the bandwagon would incredible and give me belly laughs for a month.

Seeing blame for Harden in the 4th.

In the last 6:09, HOU scored on 8 of 10 possessions that they got a shot off, and one of the misses was with 3 seconds left that didn’t matter. Also had two turnovers on the Paul charge (and still scored) and Tucker stepping out of bounds.
Not that any of this matters cuz everyone's already got their narratives made up, but yeah.
Harden also had at least two beautiful assists that Capela screwed up on finishing. Tucker or Gordon missed a layup after a sweet pass from Beard too.

Additionally, watch Livingston fall on Tucker as Tucker is gathering the ball.
Would like to see a freeze frame of that.
