    Convenient for whom?

This virus looks like it spreads like a lot of others. It doesn't seem to be completely airborne so it's not saturating the atmosphere or anything like that.
It is being considered airborne, hence the 6 foot distancing. My point is that if it is as communicable as they say, and cases went from China to practically every country within a few months, it would make sense that it could have run its course by now and almost everyone has been exposed

No it wouldn't or we'd see at least 40% of every population center on Earth having COVID antibodies when tested. We don't even see anything approaching that in the world's COVID epicenter of New York. It makes no sense that it would have run its course when major population centers like LA only showed a 4-5% infection rate from antibody testing. Who in the would think 5% would get you to herd immunity?

Did you pass out copies of articles from random liberal panic sites, in large font?
So packing tightly in restaurants good during a pandemic?

You would think that a virus that spreads across the entire world in a matter of a few months would have already run it's course by now, wouldn't you? It's like this virus is highly contagious and super deadly, but then sometimes may take another year before it reaches all corners of the globe and not everyone is affected.... which is it? Just some convenient aspects don't you think?
The ones that take a long time to migrate have high mortality and obvious symptoms, this one is asymptomatic for some people

    That's not truly airborne.

Not really. International travel made the initial worldwide distribution quick. After, that it spread like a lot of other viruses through fairly close contact and surfaces. Add the unusual mitigation efforts and it's all pretty logical that not everyone is exposed.

Also if you say forget the testing, it's flawed, then why would any reasonable person think Texas has been infected at herd immunity levels with not too many deaths so far while New York City has been ravaged by it?

I would have to strongly disagree. Wearing masks and social distancing is exactly what you do for what we consider airborne.

It's also what you for viruses spread via small droplets.

Then that would indicate possibly a different strain, would it not?

Okay, but that doesn't support a highly communicable disease that spreads to other countries in a few months. Who estimates 25%? How do they support it? Antibody tests? Regular tests? Are the antibodies to the uniqueness of COVID19? It shares a lot of genetic information that exists in other viruses.

I'm not being adversarial. I'm just pointing to the fact there are questions that most people don't even know enough to consider asking. Very few on this planet fully understand how a virus like this works, and we depend on them to tell us through politicians and bipartisan media. Not a good situation IMO
    ever heard of airplanes?

I can travel to Hawaii, Sydney, Homg Kong, Dubai, Paris, London and LA in less than 1 week. does that make a a highly communicable virus???

    Oh yes.

    Everybody does it.

This is the president of the US and this situation IS NOT TO BE LIED ABOUT.
So he decides basically no one of expertise will talk on this anymore, got it.
Wonderful leadership. He is OUR leader?
Nonsense. Our Presidents lied about both World Wars, both the Korean & Vietnam wars and that war with the WMD's.

We love to be lied to. Sometimes it's better than the truth. Most times in fact.

(and what expertise?) These humps, these s are all compromised. And at truth they know very little more than we on this Board know. They're grasping with all their might with one hand and with the other they're holding onto the politicization of this 19.

Make no mistake, peeg...we had a chance to 911 this and we did not.

It's a jail break now,,,right to that first Tuesday come November.

It can be a little confusing when you read the stories like the choir practice superspreading event, et.al. I'd have reservations leaving the house at all were it truly airborne.

I have read that C19 is both droplet and airborne,

    and this:

People talking about getting to herd immunity are essentially saying that we sacrifice the elderly and immunocompromised to be able to get there as fast as possible. That isn't herd immunity, that is eugenics.

Seriously, you don't have to be sarcastic. While you are in those places you have to contract it or while you are on an airplane or close proximity of others you have to contract it and it has to be relatively easy to pass from one person to the next. Highly communicable means it is easily passed from one person to the next. That has to happen in addition to air travel in order for it to affect so many parts of the globe, so quickly.

    what experts??????????

You think Trump has a frkn clue concerning this virus? Are you kidding?
And dont even try to compare lying about war to withholding safety for all of your general population concerning a biological disease.
This is not a conflict among people, its fckn nature hitting us in the face and we CAN face this without lies.

it is very easy to contract it if you are in an epicenter like Wuhan, Bergamo, NYC, or that spot in Germany

also dont forget this virus was in circulation already in November

and again airplanes not only make distances null, but airplanes are actually petri dishes for the virus. they are basicalle the virus public transportation

Yes there's many kinds of viruses. There's norovirus, MERS SARS h1n1, the bird flu, the flu flu, the gay flu (that's HIV) congrats you cracked the code.
