They don't have to shoot 3s. They can slash to the basket, draw some fouls, whatever. The Spurs are in love with the 3-point shot.

A double dribble was called against the usually well disciplined Suns. I donīt think I heard the term double dribble mentioned in a game since the classic Konami game for the NES.
The rebounding is still 29-26 Suns. Better, but still not good.

They have to shoot those 3s. If they don't make some - we lose. Its that simple.
In basketball many times you have to take what the defense gives you. Right now they're giving up wide open looks from the outside because they're doubling and packing the interior. They wont' stop doing that until the Spurs hit some shots.
How long have some of you been watching the Spurs? You all seem to get suprised that when they can't make a 3 they can't get layups either. There is a reason for that, can you figure it out?
The 3 will come. Give it a few more trys. So long as you can stop the Suns offense, I am ok with giving us a little time before the 3s start falling.

How do you slash into four people? You need space to slash. You wnat them to go to the defender? If the 3s are wide open where do you think the defenders are?
