I really enjoyed Sylvester Stallone's classic 1987 film Over the Top. As Norm MacDonald put it in an SNL skit, "It's all the drama of Kramer vs. Kramer but with arm wrestling."
Talking about The Godfather makes me mourn John Cazale. So much better than Pacino in both I and II and Dog Day Afternoon its not even funny.
I'm smart!!
Clemenza made the movie.![]()
Dog Day is the greatest bank heist flick ever. He was a good ing actor.
Kay: It made me think of what you once told me: "In five years the Corleone family will be completely legitimate." That was seven years ago.
Michael: I know. I'm trying, darling.
One of my favorite lines in the movie.
you, too.

Yeah, yeah, we know, we know.
It's CuckingFunt_ who does the bologna.
Damn straight.
That nasty will do just about anything.
Got damn, nobody remembers Geoffrey Holder by name anymore?
Man, if I'd known that, I wouldn't have posed for that picture with you.
II is a better movie than I, but only if you've already seen I. So it's a wash.
Al Pacino used to be able to act. The loud, noisy Pacino of today could never that off anymore.
Scarface was great, but every Pacino chracter since then (except for the guy in Donnie Brasco) has basically just been variations of Tony Montana.
imdb says Geoffrey Holder was the narrator in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
That may be reason enough to see it.
Best way to get popular in school.
Man, this thread was jumpin' last night and I missed it.
Oh darn.
HAHA. that damn bonzi buddy.
He should have gone Budd Dwyer style in the mouth...
You left early. Something about too much excitement.
Must reboot.
Damn automatic updates.
I'll be back.
