I have issues with HEB's inability to stock their stores properly. Then again, I also have issues with their higher prices in San Antonio than in other HEBs around the state. I would shop somewhere else, but I can't afford to buy organic all the time, and I refuse to shop at WalMart, and Target's produce sucks (then again, so does my local HEB's. I haven't seen non-moldy strawberries there since I moved to the neighborhood). I miss Kroger.
