Someone asked RC if the Spurs had considered a big, and RC said that he "likes the (Spurs) stable of bigs"; does that include Splitter?

Dallas with another combo guard? How many do the Mavs need?

Obviously that quote means he is including Splitter.

But I say his opinion until Splitter is officially signed and here.

Tired of this team getting ed by those draft-and-stash euros.

The Wolves will select Marquette's Lazar Hayward with No. 30, league source says.

Woj saying Lazar Hayward (huh?) gets taken at 30, so Whiteside's out of the first round.

James has improved year after year. The problem is he was always and is still a tweener.

He has not made good enough strides in his shooting (spot up or off the dribble) to anywhere near an NBA level. He has improved catch and shoot but still not to an NBA acceptable level or range.

He has made next to zero improvement in his dribbling.

He can be a decent change-of-pace role player, to get out there, rough people up, and get some rebounds, but we already have that. And he's taller. His name is DeJuan Blair.
I'm an unabashed fan of his as a role player 7th man type tbh. I like him because I think he can guard the small ball fours like Rashard Lewis, Jamison etc and still rebound. Tbh all he has to do is is hit spot up jumpers and get some putbacks if he were a Spur which I think can probably shoot well enough to do imo. Tbh despite his improved 3 point percentage he did miss some wide open jumpers. He has pretty good hops though. The difference imo is that other people think it's a weakness that he's a not true 3 or 4 I think its more of a versatility thing in that can play either depending on who he has to guard.

He definitely's not an impressive ballhandler though.

Whiteside and Alabi should disappear right away in the second.

It's hard to believe Stan and Jeff are brothers. They look nothing alike.

Could Whiteside possibly fall to within trade up range for us in the 2nd round? If not, I would still consider locking up Tyler Smith with the 2nd rounder...

As just noted by @DraftExpress, Dallas indeed paid maximum $3 million to purchase 25th pick from Grizz to draft Dominique Jones

Dunno, might turn out to be quite the good investment.

Stan looks like a sleazy porn star from the 80's who plays a detective in something maybe called Private s 4.

Jeff looks like a little baby who kept looking like a baby as he got older.
