What wasn't reported at the time was the purported content of the call. Unlike the Raffensberger call, there was no recording, and Ducey still won't talk about it, so we still have no first person account of the content of the call.
LOL I love how you ignore the fact that the indictment is just a summary of the evidence, and not the sum total of the evidence they would present at trial.

Getting indicted TWICE is extremely hard to do...just almost impossible...for the average citizen and you would have to work EXTREMELY hard and the odds would really be against you and you would most likely fail...
Getting indicted a THIRD TIME - is just an amazing feat of
stupidity
evilness
criminality
ignorance
and it takes a really disgusting piece of to accomplish!

The Georgia Supreme Court on Monday dismissed a long shot legal bid from former President Donald Trump to essentially shut down the Fulton County criminal probe into his attempts to overturn his 2020 election defeat in Georgia.
The court said in a five-page opinion that Trump hadn’t demonstrated the “extraordinary cir stances” that would require their intervention at this time. Trump had asked the Georgia justices to throw out the wide array of evidence collected so far in the Fulton County investigation and to block state prosecutors from ever using that material in any future criminal or civil proceedings.

OTOH, DJT merely repeating his personal belief that he didn't lose the election probably doesn't rise to the level of criminality all by itself. But contextualized by subsequent facts such as: the fake elector scheme; the calls to get Rusty Bowers and Brad Raffensberger to declare Trump the winner; the attempts to corrupt and suborn his own government; the pressure campaign on, then against, Mike Pence; coaxing and teasing the violent attack on the US Capitol on 1/6/2021 -- it all arguably belongs to a general situation of brazenness and criminality.
