GD, he looks lost on D and tentative on O. The Nuggets seem to know all his bad tendencies and play to them. his boards were all uncontested D boards in the first Q.
He has no confidence against Nene and Camby, so oberto and Horry are a much better choice.

I think a lot of his problem is that the Nuggets know how to minimise what he does, attack his weaknesses.

to be honest, i was hoping that elson gets to play the whole game and oberto none. this series, oberto has delivered around 8ppg which can be considered huge in this tight series. if he didnt deliver this 8ppg (like today), spurs mightve been on a tight rope. but again, you deserve the win.I think Oberto has to be our Dirk killer

But seriously, I think Spurs players might have OVERRESTED coming into the playoffs. Game 1 their timing was off and they looked a tad slow. This game they've improved, and by Game 3 we should be at full revs.

I was disappointed with Manu's humble recap. Spurs shouldn't settle for "hope to take one game" mentality.

But that's Manu for you, of course he's not gonna be a y jerk in front of the media. I don't think they are "settling" for anything, they just appear the to be the "nice and humble" team to everyone, but inside the lockeroom they are chomping at the bit to tear the Nuggets apart in Game 3
